Darren Pearson, Managing Director of C3 Resources Ltd recently presented his research findings on change point models to the UKAEE members in Birmingham whereby he challenged traditional thoughts.
Rajvant Nijjhar UKAEE Vice President praised the event ‘‘Darren Pearson of C3 Resources delighted an audience of energy engineering professionals at a recent UKAEE-hosted event on building change point analysis. The C3NTINEL® software was miles ahead of the crowd in demonstrating why proper baselining, considering a variety of conditions (e.g. summer and winter models) is important to developing energy baselines for predictive energy consumption and determining any deviation from expected energy consumption, enabling users to understand site energy use better and respond to anomalies.”
The Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) was founded in 1977, and has over 17,000 members in 97 countries. The mission of AEE is to promote the scientific and educational interests of those engaged in the energy industry and to foster action for Sustainable Development.
AEE’s network of 96 local chapters meets regularly to discuss regional issues whilst its roster of Corporate Members is a veritable “who’s who” from the commercial, industrial, institutional, governmental, energy services, and utility sectors.
